Mount Huashan borders on the Weihe River the tributary of the Yellow River. It was know as Western Mountain of China. Mount Huashan is one of the key scenic spots that country announced inthe first batch. Mount Huashan is reputed at home and abroad as the "peerless queer and steep mountain" in China. It is made up of five peaks, namely the east peak Rising Sun, west peak Lotus Flower, central peak Jade Maiden, south peak Falling Wild Goose, and north peak Cloud Platform, each with distinctive characteristics.

As a national 4A scenic spor, the Museum of the Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses is a large specialized museum about a historic site established on the basis of the funerary terracotta warriors and horses in Qinshihuang Mausoleum. The Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses are reputed both at home and abroad for their majestic manner and brilliant sculpture. They have even beem listed in the Roll of World Cultural and Natural Heritage by UNESCO. Now the Eighth World Wonder has become the substitute for the Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses.

Dharma Door Temple is the only temple in the world that treasures up the phalanxes(sarira,remains from cremation of Buddha's body, often in the shape of beads) of Buddha. It was first established in the Eastern Han Dynasty(25-220). In the Sui Dynasty(581-618) when all Buddhist temples were changed into Taoist temples, the temple was renamed "Chengshi Taoist Temple". In 625 during the reign of Emperor Wude of the Tang Dynasty, it was again renamed "Dharma Door Temple"(Famen Temple).
